For our day tours and activities, you may cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time (local time) for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the start time are non-refundable. Different cancellation policies may apply for multi-day tours, private experiences, or third-party services, and these will be clearly stated at the time of booking.
