How do I book a tour?
You can book directly through our website on the Experiences page or contact us for assistance. We’re happy to help you choose the right tour.
Can you create a custom tour just for me?
Absolutely! Tell us your interests, dates, and any special requests, and we’ll design a trip that’s uniquely yours.
What’s included in your tours?
Each tour includes a local guide and experiences mentioned in the description. Some tours also include meals, entrance fees, or transport — details are always listed.
Do you offer hotel pick-up?
Yes, many of our tours include hotel pick-up within Marrakech. We’ll confirm the details when you book.
Can I book for a large group or special occasion?
Yes! We arrange tours for families, friends, and corporate groups, as well as birthdays, anniversaries, and other celebrations.
What’s your cancellation policy?
You can cancel for a full refund if you give us at least 24 hours’ notice before your tour. Some private tours may have different policies, which we’ll share when booking.
